VOIPLANCE provides value added VoIP phone services to customers all over the world. Our services include local and toll free numbers encompassing intelligent call recording, forwarding, advanced IVR, advanced PBX, customized greetings, time of day routing, local ringback tone, simultaneous ringing, sequential forwarding, call transfer, call filtering, rollover minutes and account management.
Suspicious Activity and Service Interruptions
VOIPLANCE service may be interrupted immediately at any time if we are unable to collect due payment from Customer’s credit card or through any other payment methods. Service may also be interrupted if VOIPLANCE identifies any sort of suspicious or fraudulent use at any time or an unexpected increase in the call volume without any prior notice to VOIPLANCE.
Per Minute Rates & Fees
While it may be infrequent and due to any unforeseeable changes to costs, all rates and fees may be subject to change at any given time without any prior notice to the customer. VOIPLANCE will make suitable efforts to notify its customers with the rate and fee changes by sending them announcements on the dedicated control panel.
Call Forwarding Service
VOIPLANCE strongly recommends its customers to test the numbers assigned to their account prior to the publishing of any material. It is their responsibility to make sure that the assigned numbers are working as expected at all times and to immediately report any technical issues to VOIPLANCE. We are not liable for any type of loss or damage caused to the customer originating from our service issues.
Payments & Billing
- Monthly service plan fees are charged in advance during the first week of every month.
- If customer is prepaying by PayPal or Money Transfer then the applicable service plan monthly fees will be deducted every month from the customer’s prepayment balance in advance and other usage will be deducted in real time as incurred from the customer’s prepayment balance.
- If customer is prepaying by PayPal or Money Transfer and the prepaid remaining balance is not enough to pay the monthly service plan fee of the current selection, the service plan(s) assigned to the account will automatically be downgraded to the next lower plan which can be paid by the available balance. The assigned phone numbers will be canceled if the remaining balance is not sufficient to support a downgraded plan.
Cancellation
Any service cancellations must be submitted either from the dedicated control panel or by emailing a request to cancel to VOIPLANCE before the last business day of the month during US EST business hours. The requested cancellation will be effective on the last business day of the respective month. No pro-rated refunds can be claimed for the cancellation month. All of the accumulated rollover minutes for a service line or account will immediately expire upon cancellation. It is also important to note that the rollover minutes may NOT be transferred to a different service line or account. The account and remaining balance will be closed if there are no charges or fees incurred for 120 days.
Service Plan upgrade
Service plans can be easily upgraded at any time through the online control panel or by emailing us; the upgrade changes on the service plan will take effect on the first day of the following month. There is no fee for upgrading a service plan. All accumulated rollover minutes will be transferred to the higher plan when upgrading service plan for a number.
Service Plan downgrade
Service plans can be downgraded at any time using the dedicated control panel or simply by emailing VOIPLANCE. Any downgrade changes made to the service plan will be effective from the first day of the following month.
Rollover minutes accumulation & expiration
Rollover minutes can be accumulated for a maximum duration of 6 months. All accumulated rollover minutes will expire from the 7th month.
Number registration
Documentation for the registration of the number, a copy of the passport or national ID, business registration, a proof of address, and local utility invoices with customer name and address are required in some countries. Voiplance will require this information to successfully provide the requested service plan. The customer will acknowledge and agree that the provided information may be shared with telecom services provider who are involved in the activation and provision of the services belonging to the local authorities for the country where the number will be used.
No third party rights
It is important to note that no third party rights are influential and cannot affect or enforce these terms and conditions.
Illegal Activity
The service shall not be utilized to conduct any type of unlawful activity or result in engaging with any type of criminal and civil violation. The services shall be used in full compliance with the applicable laws. Failure to comply with the stated laws and regulations will result in immediate discontinuation of the services. Using VOIPLANCE services for the distribution, transmission. Retrieval or storage of any type of information, material or data in violation to the states laws and regulations is strongly prohibited.
Voiplance will immediately terminate the provided series if it identified the violation of these terms and conditions by the customer in any way which includes abuse of the service or violation of the applicable laws and regulations. Voiplance will not be liable for any violation of the applicable laws and regulations by the customer and the customer shall hold Voiplance harmless for any type of liability in regard of any violations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
VOIPLANCE reserves complete rights to change or modify these terms and condition at any time. Therefore, the customer hereby understands and agrees that these terms and conditions are promptly updated by VOIPLANCE and overrides all of the previous versions. The customer hereby also confirms that all of the provided information is absolutely true and complete for obtaining the telephone service. The individual signing this agreement of service is duly authorized to execute this agreement and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any type of particular purpose are hereby excluded and disclaimed. VOIPLANCE will not be held responsible or liable to the customer or any other third party for any type of consequential or incidental damage.
